The Eighteen Founding Fathers of Alpha Iota Omicron decided on four fundamental principals that would be the base and pillars of this fraternity. The four pillars of Alpha Iota Omicron are Brotherhood, Community Service, Networking, and Promoting South Asian Culture. Each Brother in Alpha Iota Omicron realize the importance of each of these principals and utilize them to the fullest.
